PL Inspection
PL Inspection is a high efficiency measurement machine which is able to measureMicroLED chip by chip PL intensity and wavelength on a wafer in 20 min. It is also equipped with analysis function which is to analyse the quality of MicroLED components.

1. Efficiency of measurement:- Capable of measuring PL intensity and wavelength of all the individual micro LEDs in 20 min (100mm x 100mm area).
- Sequential chip by chip measurement of spectrum and Time Resolved Photoluminescence (TR PL) for analyzing quality of micro LED components.
